It is this real estate professional's opinion that Oakland residents don't have to succumb to the pressures of Wall Street, falling housing prices and the "National Average" in general ....Even though we do have families in tough times in Oakland, we are still FAR from the statistical cross section of our country's economic status. But that's only the foundation. Oakland's essence and simplicity stands to portray EXACTLY what America is seeking and will continue to search for over the next few years.
