Tall Tales of The Short Sale

You may have heard horror stories of buyers and sellers and the effort to sell short .... BUT THAT IS AVOIDABLE! Idustry changes, un-qualified agents, "drama" of the evening news, etc. all contribute to this perception, but the truth is, a short sale can save spare your credit, your financial future, and your integrity. As a seller or buyer, an agent that is certified, and participates in ON-Going education on a regular basis, is 95% of the battle. From there is a checklist of other factors such as who your lending institution is (ie: Wachovia? Awesome! Bank of America? we got some work to do, but not impossible.
